Multi-page publications
- Multi-page production files may not contain different formats on different pages
- In multi-page publications, such as folders, brochures, the order of the pages in the file will correspond to the order of pages in the finished print
- In files, for multi-page publications, it is necessary to orient the pages separately (not in the form of page compositions, impositions or otherwise)
- If the brochures, catalogs or other multi-page publications should have vacant (empty) pages, they must also be included in the production file on their target pages within the file
- Bleeds in publications should be an extension of graphics on the page, and not an extension of the previous or next page (as happens when working with Quark and Indisigne)
- In case of stitch binding realizations, keep in mind that the number of pages must be divisible by "4"
- In case of publications with stitch binding, where there is a large number of pages, consider the outward movement of internal pages during production and place pagination respectively closer and closer to the edge to be bound (application of incrementation)
- In case of glued binding, remember to leave greater margins for binding (min 12 mm)
- In case of the spiral binding, leave a binding margin in the project. Mostly this is about 15mm, but if in doubt, consult us.
